# Is it necessary to take reco on company letter head??

I am confused on this.

My employer is not willing to issue reco letter on a company letter:( What shall i do now?

It's preferable if they use company letterhead, but not mandatory. I have heard of this problem before, I believe in England. In any case, let him write the letter on his personal letterhead but he needs to state his position in the firm.
