DS problems with square and square root always stump me. Please explain.

I think the ans is B.
square of any integer is an integer.

square root of an integer may be (100) or may not be (10) an integer.

statement 1: N^2 is an integer
if N^2 is 2, N is about 1.4
if N^2 is 1, N is 1
Insuff

statement 2: squareroot of N is an integer, therefore N must be and integer.
Suff
