Hi:
I started on practice for quant using OG for Quant (green book). I gave first set using 18 q from each PS and DS . I got it all correct. In fact found these extreemely easy.
Is the Quant for OG (green book) right book to practice quant ??

thankss,

try the last 1/3, they are harder (650-700 range)

if those are easy too, try gmatclub tests (700+)

I second navy. Also look at buying one of the Manhattan GMAT books and getting access to the manhattan GMAT online tests. The quant on those is pretty brutal too.

Yes, the first 75% of og11 and og quant is of little use if you are looking to score more than 48. The gmat does give some killer quant questions in the 600-800 range. The manhattan tests and question banks have good questions. The gmatclub tests are also good.

Are all of the GMAT Club tests 700+ Quant? I scored a 650 first time and of course want to improve it. I scored 66% on the quant (ran out of time and guessed on the last 5) and 84% on verbal, for an 82% total. I can do better in both, but the quant needs to come up significantly.

Also, i've been wondering how much my score would have improved had I been able to get to those last questions and get 3 of those 5 right (assuming I got all 5 wrong and got the 650).

Good suggestions, guys. Any other resources to use (for >48q scores)? Thanks.

Maybe this is elementary stuff, but review never hurts. Dealing with radical numbers (square roots).
