S1 : p+r>q+s ---> (p-q) +(r-s) >0 and also given that r>s means r-s >0 .
(p-q) +(r-s) can be greater than zero if p>q or p<q . So S1 alone is not helpful.

S2 : p+s<q+r -----> p-q <r-s ----> p-q < -(s-r). S2 also states that s-r is positive leaving p-q to be less than a negative value. Which means p-q<0 -----> p<q.

Hence Option B is the answer.
