1). C lies on the line x=-1
2). C lies on the line y=-3

Ans: C

1) INSUFF It could lie equidistant or not
2) INSUFF - same

3) combined, the point C is -1, -3 So SUFF Ans : it is not equidistant

Ans A.

If C lies on x = -1 and if C(-1,0), (-1,1) or (-1,-1) the distance of C from A and B remains same.
