IMO c

Rohumbus Mehsana it will have same length all over but it does not mean it will have 90* angle everywhere

Rectangle is that missing piece of be information

Statement 1 helps deduce that all the sides are equal. Still we do not know whether all the angles are right angles.
Statement 2 helps deduce that all the interior angles are right angles but we do not know about the equality of all the sides.

Using 1 and 2 we find that the quadrilateral is a square (rhombus with all the interior angles 90 degrees)
Therefore, C
