We can reach certain answer.

Case 1: S = 2 , B =1 , J= 3..........Answer is No

Case 2: S = 2 , B =1 , J= 1.5..........Answer is Yees

1 no information about jill
2 no information about susan
C combining both we know both of them is greater than Beth no relation between susan and jill
