IMO D

(1) Number of terms is even, since its a consecutive set, the average won't be an integer -> sufficient
(2) Since it is a consecutive set, the median is the average -> sufficient

Sum of n consecutive integers can be take only two forms =>
For number of integers = even => Mean = x.5 form
For number of integers =odd => Mean =x form

For integer x

Now
Statement 1->
Sufficient => Mean will never be an integer.
Statement 2->
For any evenly spaced set => Mean = Median => Mean will never be an integer
Hence Sufficient

Hence D
