Re: Is the GMAT enough - any advice on schools? [#permalink]
Thanks for your replies, maybe to clarify first which schools in the US offer the one-year option - if someone tells me where to post some research I have done with links, average GMAT etc I am more than happy to contribute / share this.

Despite the ones lower in the ranking (University of Florida, Babson etc):

- Kellogg
- Cornell University
- Emory
- Notre Dame

Benefits for the one-year I shouldn't have to explain (ROI, time out of job etc).

One of the reasons I decided to use this option is that I have a clear idea of my career and where I want to be after the MBA. Since I have a strong backround in general management and finance I wouldn't like to engage in the basics and choose electives.

Would be great to have an opinion on the schools compared to my profile. The decision on the one-year MBA is not open for discussion, but thank you for the remarks.

Option 1: Apply this year and see what happens and retake GMAT if I don't get in.

Option 2: Retake the GMAT in the next months and try shotting for scholarships

I am confident to be able to break the 700 by investing a bit more time.

Thanks!
