Is the measure of one of the interior angles of quadrilateral ABCD equal to 60 degrees?

1) Two of the interior angles of ABCD are right angles
2) The degree measure of ABC is twice the degree measure of angle BCD

Going with C. Sum of angles in quad. = 360 degrees
1) The other two angles could both be 90 degrees, or they could be 60 and 120. Insufficient.
2) Is ABC 40 and BCD 20? or maybe ABC is 60 and BCD is 30? INSUFF.

Together it tells you that 90 + 90 + x + 2x = 360. x = 60

going for E

90 90 45 135 is also a solution to (1) and (2)

here the x and 2x involve one of the 90 degree angles.

so both statement together can accomodate 2 answers - hence insufficient
