Going with E

if X = Y = 4 and Z = 5
4 + 4 > 5
4^2 + 4^2 > 5^2
but 4^4 + 4^4 < 5^4

if X = Y = Z = 1
1 + 1 > 1
1^2 + 1^2 > 1^2
but 1^4 + 1^4 > 1^4

Not conclusive
