Given : Nothing
DS: y > 4.3

Option 1 : y rounded to the nearest hundredth is 4.31
So, 4.305<= y < 4.315 ............................................ SUFFICIENT.

Option 2 : y rounded to the nearest tenth is 4.3
So, 4.25 <= y < 4.35 .............................................NOT SUFFICIENT.

Solution:
Statement 1: y has to be greater than 4.30 for this statement to be true. Sufficient

Statement 2: y can be 4.28 or 4.34 therefore insufficient

Therefore the answer is option A
