I am confused about whether to use "seeming" or "seemingly" . Between A and B.

B would be my choice. 'seemingly' is and adverb and is apt here.

ex's.
1.the Patriot Act and other such seemingly unconstitutional pieces
2.Despite such seemingly incompatible ideology
3.hangs beneath a lure with such seemingly evil intent
4.I would have expected such seemingly radical viewpoints to be met

Thanks Venksune. But wouldn't we need a VERB after or before ADVERB?
