Price of flour per pound= \(\frac{w}{x}\)
Qty of flour required to make 1 cake= \(\frac{1}{y}\)

Total cost of flour required to make 1 cake= \(\frac{w}{x}\)*\(\frac{1}{y}\)
=\(\frac{w}{xy}\)

Answer: C.

Kudos please if you like my explanation!
