(A) 'whom' refers to person

(B) 'with which' > have an account with or in a bank? wrong

(C) 'who' refers to person

(D) 'with that' > have an account with or in a bank? wrong

(E) 'the bank, where' correctly defines the place >correct

toss up between B or E. I'll pick E for its simplicity. Wut's the OA?

A. no error. "whom" is fine.

Edit: changed to B for "which". thought "whom" can be used to refer non-animate thing but i realized it cannot. So B.
