Jane drove at a constant speed from point A to point B and back to point A in 20 minutes. In how much time did Jacob drive from point B to point A?

(1) Jacob drove at a constant speed of 80 kilometres per hour.
We do not know the distance from B to A.

(2) Jacob took 15 seconds less than Jane to drive through 1 kilometre
We do not know the distance, or Janes speed.

Combined..
Jacobs speed was 80kmph, and he takes 15sec less than Jane to travel 1 km.
So, if Jacob takes 1 hr or 60 min to travel 80km, Jane will take 1hr +80*15sec or (60+80*15/60)=80min.
Jane, therefore, travels 80km in 80 mins, and thus 20 km in 20 min... Now time for B to A will be half of it , that is 10 minutes.
If Jane takes 10 minutes, Jacob will take 10-10*15/60=10-2.5 that is 7 and a half minutes.
Sufficient
