Cornell (Johnson) 2012 - Calling All Applicants

I interviewed this morning with an Adcom over Skype and was waitlisted later in the day...talk about turn around time

The interview lasted about 30 mins. Very friendly tone, but the emphasis was on Why Cornell? I guess they are really looking for a perfect fit given their small class size. Also, maybe my truthful answer to the question "What other schools are you applying to and what is the status?" got them thinking that i wasn't serious about Cornell or was using them as a backup.

Anyways, my advice would be to research your future goals (coz she did ask for specific companies that i would be interested in after the MBA) and be sure to "sell" your fit to Johnson. Those were the main themes of the interview.

Could you tell me when you receive the interview invitation?

Interviewed on 3/28 and still waiting to hear from them. Anyone else in the same boat? Was told they would let me know by the end of this week. Today is a public holiday so obviously this is going to spill over to next week now.

I am in the same boat. Interviewed on 3/28 as well. I was also told I will get my decision by the end of the week.

Where can we find the first deposit due date? Is it variable depending on our admit date? I got my admit on 3/30 but did not receive any notification emails or calls. Is it in the fedex letter?

You must complete the enrollment form and submit your $1,500 non-refundable enrollment deposit by the date in your printed letter to reserve your seat for the class of 2014. A second $1,500 deposit will be due on June 1, 2012 by noon EST.

Any movement off the waitlists? Its been more than a month for me.

Should we not call them and check if they can make it today?

I interviewed march 26 and havent received an answer yet....is anyone in the same position?
