"I interviewed with a 2nd year FTMBA student. It was very free flowing, casual, & conversational, lasting about an hour. The last 15 minutes were my questions for them. I walked away from the process feeling positive, plus the interviewer's hobbies were similar to mine. It was over zoom though the adcom asked for my Skype username in the appointment email confirmation. I wore a formal business attire & interviewer was dressed much more casually. The interviewer told me about themselves, then I answered the usual "walk me through your resume," "Why MBA?" and "Why Kelley" questions, kind of interweaving the lattermost two questions into the resume walkthrough. The most interesting subsequent question pertained to how Kelley is a such collaborative institution, so "what role do I see myself playing in such scenarios?""
