I checked on Beatthegmat forum, someone had called up admissions, and they confirmed that the results would be released on 17th Dec ONLY.

thats great as I would not have to keep checking the forum....

... and hence we assume that the Kellogg Admissions office is/officers are the epitome of full disclosure and honesty

They say a lot of things and do many things differently. Speculation won't help in any way - just sit tight and hopefully a +1 (if you're an international applicant) will flash on your mobile phone one of these days. Cheers!

Most likely an error on someone's end. I think they should just accept all applicants as an apology.

WL - Seems they used my interview from last year as this year I had an interview waiver. Ah well, I am anyways going to withdraw my app - happy with Tuck. So hopefully someone else on the WL can move into my spot. Cheers!

I can't believe it! I had lost hope after getting dinged by Tuck last friday, but I'm IN! The call was pretty much like the one you guys got! He asked me how I was, and gave me the good news. He also mentioned some details of my essays! I was so excited that I must have sounded dumb on the phone. He said that the status won't change for a while but that's not to worry, because I AM admitted.
