Ding...

This is tough. I felt good about Kellogg. I was invited to interview in late November after initially getting an interview waiver.

NonYankee, I am sure they made a mistake not admitting you (geez, you got a 800 in GMAT). But who knows, maybe you'll find it's easy for you to narrow down wish-list to only HBS and Stanford...

no news is the best news... I highly doubted the functionality of the system. It seems that it sends out random emails to a bulk of the applicants, but leaves the status of some unchanged in almost two hours... Everytime I logged into the system, I felt the heart attack...

No email might mean you're getting a call when the admission people are in office! Especially since we've had no admits yet here so far. Good luck to all!

Dinged!

I got the email at 1:40 am EST.

It was my first interview, and I felt I wasn't prepared for it, when I left the interview.
Good luck to those who can't see the status: it seems you have a good chance!

Hi everyone. Sorry to hear about the dings but hang in there it'll work out.

Also, just a reminder please update your stats in your profile so that the first page stats are reflected accuratel. i know that's the last thing you want to do but can really help the other applicants know where they stand.

Ding. Now I know what it feels like. :(. Kellogg was my first choice and I thought I executed all parts well, including the interview. Perhaps it's the recommendations since I elected not to see them, having coached my recommenders. Oh well.

I wonder whether Kellogg provides feedback to those who are rejected if we ask.
