Kellogg vs Darden vs Ross vs Cornell

I did a bit of a search around the forms and saw some posts about Kellogg vs Darden, but I don't have a scholarship to either!
TLDR version: I hired a consultant to help me with my MBA process and I am trying to select the school that they will help me with. I have narrowed it down to Kellogg, Darden, Ross and Cornell (in order of preference). I applied to Kellogg last year at the last drop (bad call - also did so in a very condensed time frame) to the MMM program and did not get in.
My background is in Web Development / Web Design, working for companies like Yahoo!. I am really looking for a school that has a great business foundation as I have not taken any business classes before that has a great entrepreneurship program. Ideally, I want the ability to get out of technology perhaps and start a small company; hence why a great business foundation as well as a focus on entrepreneurship is important to me.
Based on those parameters, what do you believe to be the better school? I know Darden has a reputation for entrepreneurship but I am not sure about Ross and Cornell.
In terms of all other considerations, I think Kellogg would be the best school for my preferences (location).
Cheers!
