Have you thought about "Why do I want an MBA?"? Frankly, I think your profile's an overkill. The "only" weak link (considering you will be able to put all your info on an essay quite well) is your "Verbal 33" -- And even that ain't a major weak link :D. GMAT Score could be more balanced.
You have a great background and I don't see a reason for you to go to school again. Unless, you are looking for networking? A new entrepreneurship venture? Or a shift of career (well, that would be whacko given what you already got!)
