Anyone else waiting for decisions?
How did your interviews go? Mine was quite informal, went fairly well i hope!
Yep, waiting for a decision here too - Round 3 applicant. Interview was just fine - one of the best I've had I think, despite being the longest by far! We're a week away from decision date and this is when anxiety peaks! Lets see what happens
Phew, it's been quite a process.
how long did yours last? I had a 2 hour meeting booked, but probably last 45 mins only!
I thought it went fairly well but i was a bit concerned how quickly it went. From my only experience interviewing candidates I know its not usually a good sign
Dont dig too much into it. Maybe you managed to showcase all the qualities they were looking for within 45 mins!
Mine was alright too. The alumnus was kind enough to invite me to the local alumni dinner she was hosting the next day. Got a chance to meet some great people.
To be honest, I think towards the last rounds it becomes largely a play of nationality and industry-background. I mean, to ensure diversity, they have to look back at their selected candidate pool from R1 and R2 and accordingly balance it out with the R3 pool.
The wait is surely painful..
