I saw you mentioned you are currenty at a 465. That was exactly my number a few months back. Trust me, take steps right from sub 505 and move yourself gradually each level just how you play a video game ( assuming you do) and then decide after you master 605-655 level - do you want to unlock more levels - means score higher, only then move forward as per your goals and career plans. My personal advice - don’t pressurise yourself in limiting the amount of time to achieve the score. This exam unlocks a different way of thinking pattern and trust me when you reach above 655, you’ll gain a diff. Perspective on life totally! For that enjoy solving CR, it’s a headache initially but later it’s the best thing on this exam!

I guess the question is why do you go to LSAT?

There are a few good posts by GMAT Ninja about using LSAT. Often it’s because people run out of things or they want harder questions.

LSAT works. It’ll force you to get much deeper into the weeds and I’ll help you understand how to differentiate between very close answers but it’s a tiny bit different from the gym Matt. You’ll notice it which is not bad really...

Ohh okay, I ll check out the Gmat ninja video about this. Also, yeah I am short on unattempted CR og questions now, a few of them I am leaving undisturbed, saving them for the last week before my official attempt.

Thanks for your insights

Hi All
Can anyone please help me tackling gmat RC. I am doing good at all other sections but need a bit of guidance on RC strategies. Also I am looking for a study partner. Please
One way to improve your reading comprehension within two hours is to follow the Manhattan or Kaplan reading comprehension strategy.

You must forward exactly without any deviation for it to work because similar to a cake recipe, if you decide to keep on ingredients the cake will start to taste funny and your score will start to look funny too ....

The strategy boils down to reading the passage one time, paraphrasing each paragraph, reading for intent and also taking notes as you read. This strategy will improve your reading comprehension accuracy significantly. This is probably the best and the most effective way to handle R.C.

I will not talk much on Quants as I am still hovering around Q80,81 (max). About this exam I think verbal is the go to section, once you do well there, the worry on data insights minimises (Except DS maths questions)

Verbal approach is not all about solving questions and getting better but also consuming content whose ingredients are somewhat similar to those tested on CR & RC. Watch/ Listen to debates, Read precise and good quality materials. It’s an automatic shift in your mental processing, you’ll see the change. CR skills are King 👑 They help you develop overall skills which most business schools look for. Forget the timing, enjoy the journey.
