Keen, I am also using LSAT material to prepare. Their RC and CR are good practice. Syamee, I don't have any links though. Just the books.

Those questions called "analytical reasoning" should be skipped

Paul,

There are 4 sections in a LSAT paper.

Logical reasoning 2 sections
RC 1 section
Logic games 1 section

I havent been doing the logic games section. I assume by "analytical reasoning" you mean the logic games section.

If you don't mean that then pls let me know.

I believe that's it. Arco calls it "analytical reasoning" though. It is the section which gives you some diagrams where you have to figure out some kind of patterns. Totally not GMAT

Hi ash,

Thanks Ash for your material. but, i am not having Privilege to run exe files in my office. can you put unzip materials in the internet.

Official test given by you is not having explanations for the answers. I think explanations are important when we are writing tests.

Thanks,

Hi Syamee,
I had written a nice long reply and then my silly comp hanged. It was so frustrating and I couldnt even copy the text.

Anyway, here I go again.

Running the exe is the only way to get access to the contents of the material. The data is not stored in documents or text files. It's a program that runs on ur system. And these too have no explanations. In addition to the CR and RC material I think it has SC's too. A small link will be there, u gotta search for it.

The sample test has at least answers(that too reliable for sure). Many of the CR's of this paper are discussed in this forum. You just have to search the posts ( like I did).

If you really want explanations to lsat questions, I have some other expensive options for you

You can buy lsat prep material from kaplan,PR or you can buy testpapers with explanations from LSAC or kaplan. Just to give you an idea,(pls don't flip) one lsat paper (from lsac) with exp costs 17$. the kaplan one(has 2 tests) is around 20-30$.

I've been practicing with LSAT for some time now, and I would say both RC and CR are pretty much the same as in GMAT

Actually, I found that some questions from LSAT overlap with those from GMAT+ and GMAT+ is supposed to be pure GMAT, right?

I believe ETS uses the same pool for LSAT and GMAT, only LSAT doesn't contain bold-face quests which are quite a pain...
