Calculating for x

4+ (x/5) = x
20+x = 5x

Although I picked A, but it took me 3 mins
Word problems are difficult in expressing words to math equation.

My solution is
T = total population
X = total support war

-> 0.2 X = support + no military experience
-> 0.8 X = support + have military experience = 0.04T (4% of population support + have M.experience)

So 0.8X = 0.04T -> X/T = 0.04/0.8 = 5%
A is correct.
