I'm a bit unsure about answer explanation in this, I think both the red "yes" should be "No".And of course, the answer "A" is correct.

Opinions ?

So how to mend the text ?

Just as you recommended: replace "yes" with "no". Is that what you're asking? Let's wait and see what other moderators think and someone will eventually modify this.
