Which of the following expressions has the greatest value?

A 0.456

B $$\frac{1}{2}$$ - $$\frac{1}{2^4}$$

C $$\frac{300}{650}$$

D $$\frac{60}{19}$$

E $$\sqrt{0.17}$$

Could some expert please tell me what is the shortest way to do such problems? I used brute force, but that takes a lot of time.

Thank you.
