Quick way to solve it:
Check the range of all options, since they are close together we only have to figure the exact bracket among the 5.
Making a note of the same, one only needs to check the lowest & highest no's that fit in any range.
Ideally for such questions start with option 3,4,5, since the main aim of the question is to use more of your time (and under an ideal situation a student will always start checking option #1 onwards)
Checking for 3, 32 to 36 covers a correct range of f(x)=5 & g(x)=11, hence mark it quick & move on

Just a little recommendation to improve the quality of the options, please include equality sign as well. I had an exact same approach but while selecting correct answer I assumed x could not be 31 (no equality) even when it started from 32/33.
