Re: Magoosh Error Log/ Journal Format [#permalink]
Hi Akela,

Thanks for the links. However, I already checked those out and currently those are mostly in spreadsheet/ Excel format.

I was wondering if anyone was doing it in journal/ word document form?

Hi gmat20192,

You bring up a very good point. I agree that creating an old-fashioned error log using Excel or Word can be can be incredibly time-consuming. However, error logs do help you keep track of your weaknesses in an organized fashion. Thus, if you find that you are spending too much time maintaining your error log, consider using a self-study course that tracks your stats for you and provides a personalized error log with detailed analytics.

Feel free to reach out with further questions.

I've tried using it for each and every example. It takes me about 5-10 minutes to log and review each question.
Are you spending most of that time entering information into your log? If yes, then you need to reduce the amount of information you're tracking. Don't skimp on actual review though, as that's where a lot of your learning will happen.
