A is a run-on aka dangling modifier aka comma splice. You need a conjunction to make it work.

Better still, the relative pronoun "who" preserves the meaning of the original sentence.

Cheers,
Der alte Fritz.

Hi Nikhil007,

"He is married...." is a correct clause by all standards, as it rightly modifies Mark Antony. However, it is an independent clause and therefore cannot be attached to another independent clause by merely using a comma--this is what is referred to as the comma splice or a run on(or dangling modifier). A better punctuation to use instead of a comma is a semicolon.

If you still want to use a comma, you must use a conjunction in addition. Your options, apart from using "who" as seen in choice E, are therefore as follows:

1) Mark Antony is a famous Latin singer; he is also married to Jennifer Lopez.

Or

2) Mark Antony is a famous Latin singer, and he is also married to Jennifer Lopez.

Cheers,
Der alte Fritz.
