I think D and E are definitely out.
A is not idiomatic ("share with" and not "share as")
Between B and C, I think it is wrong to say "I share the same thing with", since if I share something with someone else, this thing has to be the same.

'B' as share with is the correct idiom

C - Do not have same heritage sounds like some possession.

If you want to use "AS" then we need a verb "DO" after "AS".
SO A, C, E are out
Due to is wrong, since this sentence has a DC which needs to be a sentence with subject and predicate, D is out
