I was placed on the wait-list for USC a couple months back. I've already sent USC an email the day after I was placed on the wait-list with my updated resume and informing them know I'm still interested in their program. Since then, I have been accepted to Irvine's program. Any thoughts on if I should let USC know I was admitted into another program? Any other thoughts to get off the wait-list?

I logged in today to see my application status and the decision was available. I got in! Anybody else got any admits?

BTW - am jack12 from the previous posts - somehow cannot login using those credentials!

My experience is no, the decisions are released within a day or 2 of the posted timelines. I was an R2 applicant and we were admitted the day before the posted timeline (which fell on a Saturday anyway). R1 was the same, but I'm not sure how the timing was for R3...

I read that we need to send in the Official Transcripts to the address mentioned. Does this happen after we hear the decision on the admission OR is this is a criteria for the admission itself?
I do not want to send in my originals..for obvious reasons.
I did upload a copy of my transcripts as a part of the app....

Can someone confirm...what is required of these official transcripts? When to send? etc.,
I'm an international applicant..from India.

You have to send in your official, sealed transcripts before they can issue you a decision

R4 applicant: Just got in off the waitlist!!!!

Does anyone know how long I have to decide? I'm on the waitlist for UCLA as well. How long after the call are deposits due? How much is it! Yikes! So much to ask!
