ESADE is a good business school. The master's program will not as prestigious as the full time MBA, you certainly will have good job opportunities.As you have very little work experience, a masters program is right for you, but keep in mind that if you are interested in assuming going up the ladder and assuming positions of leadership, you will have to do an MBA down the line. If you are interested in changing your industry and entering a new one, going for the masters program would be a good idea. Your performance in the program will largely impact the kind of job offers you get. For detailed info on employment you should check the school's employment report.

Thou the average starting salary is $50,000, there will be students with offers around $90,000 as well as below 50k. So if you perform really really well, you could get an offer similar to the MBA students. This of course would be an exceptional case.
