Hi,
Right at the onset, let me put some stats about myself. I am 35 now, have 13-something years of experience in IT mostly working for Investment Banks. Have had significant international exposure as I was mostly managing global teams, also worked in the US for a few years apart from other places. I currently work in India as a senior IT manager with an I-bank. In terms of my education, I've an engineering background (my acads and extra-curricular etc were ok but not outstanding).
(Due to whatsoever reasons) I have only now been able to put some serious thought into my long-cherished MBA plan. I do know this is pretty late for a full-time MBA but, better late than never. And more importantly, a formal (and good) B-school education is increasingly relevant to what I do now and what I plan to do in future.
Just took the GMAT and got 710 (Q50, V36), hoping to get a 5 on AWA and 6 on IR. Now, I need to get down to choosing the right school and I need to do that fast. With my age factor, many schools would be out so hopefully less confusion
. I am keeping my options open for schools around the globe but am keen on quality and international exposure. Could someone please help me with schools suitable for me in Canada, US, Europe and Asia (preferably in that order).
Thanks
