With a 2.95 undergrad, Stanford, Yale, and Berkley will be stretches for you. (Stanford being much harder than the other two) As a minority you make have a chance with a stellar story and a fantastic application, but they will be tough. (To put things in perspective, I think Stanford took one or two people with less than a 3.0 last year...) But overall your list is good, it has a balance of tougher schools and schools at which you would be competitive. (You might want to add one or two more to it).

It will also depend a bit on your reasons for having such a low GPA during your undergrad. If you have a fantastic story, then maybe the schools will be more forgiving. And it is great that you have that great Masters GPA which will definitely show academic capabilities.

There a lot of good colleges.Try to find out a good institution for doing your mba.Otherwise it has no value and affiliated,your time and money will be wasted.

I don't know about Stanford. However, for the rest of your schools, they are all in the consortium, which you should strongly consider applying through.

I went that route, and also had friends with very similar if not lower stats than yours that are at many of those schools you have listed.

I think the only concern would be, yes the gpa is low, but you have quite a bit of work experience. You may have enough work experience that you might need to answer why not an EMBA or why do you even need a MBA.
