Is it normal to do MBA later in life after doing a master's in computer science?

Hi. I think the definition of “normalis the most debatable aspect of your question, especially during the pandemic 😂

There are no rules about getting an MBA after a masters degree. At the same time, pretty much all MBA degrees will require several years of work experience so I’m assuming in this question you are asking if it’s OK to do an MBA three or four years after receiving a masters in computer science? Where is your question about getting on immediately?
