I would like to apply for a MBA/MSc Finance/Financial Engineering/Financial Mathematics in UK/US.
my info:
2:2 (may climb to 2:1 after completion of final year)
GMAT: 640
IELTS: 7

I am wondering which tier of universities should I target on. More specifically which ones? Also, MBA or MSc?

In UK these are the top college for MBA--
London Business School (LBS)
LSE - London School of Economics and Political Science - University of London
Cranfield University - Cranfield School of Management

and in Us these are the top college for MBA-
Harvard University,Boston, MA
Stanford University,Stanford, CA
University of Pennsylvania (Wharton)
