It depends how off you were. What amounts to a rounding error or a few weeks off won't raise any alarm bells. However, if you're concerned that the error could be considered material or if this is keeping you up at night, you could always email admissions and provide a brief update. Explain how the error was made, provide the correct information, and a quick apology. But my guess is that you're over-thinking it! :)
