Hello Every one!

I've just been accepted to a top MBA program at the USA and I'm facing the background check process for some time now (about 2 months). I'm getting kind of anxious and worried about it since I noticed some minor mistakes on my application:

Total Salary submitted: 40.000-45.000$ VS 38,6K$ reported by company
Starting job date submitted: 1st April VS 25 April

Do you think these mistakes are enough to be concerned?!

You're fine. They are looking for egregious mistakes and lies, not putting your start date 3 weeks early.

Perfect! I'm getting sort of nervous because it has been taking more than 2 months to finish (I'm an International student). Thanks for the help!

Bumping this...I accidentally got job dates and salary off slightly..should I inform them first?

It depends how off you were. What amounts to a rounding error or a few weeks off won't raise any alarm bells. However, if you're concerned that the error could be considered material or if this is keeping you up at night, you could always email admissions and provide a brief update. Explain how the error was made, provide the correct information, and a quick apology. But my guess is that you're over-thinking it! :)
