only A makes sense.

Rest all choices alter the meaning.

In all of the other choices apart from choice (A) it's hard to determined if "compared" is relating to the "seven passengers" or to the list of features of the car. The word "and" in (A) solves that problem.

I chose A, for the same reasons you guys did, but I'm getting an OA of D.
