There is a pretty sizable number of underrepresented minorities at Kellogg...but that said they are underrepresented (13-15% black or hispanic which is way below general population). Minorities come from all walks of life. I have friends who were in PE, IB, MC, engineering, corporate positions, non-profit...they are just like every other applicant group, just fewer apply. Some schools are better at attracting them and so are some companies...they are sought after because schools want diversity of students. Diversity in demographics, experiences, careers, lifestyle...etc. If you look at BW school profiles you can see the % of many classes that are minority.

Kellogg Class of 2010...still active and willing to help. However, I do not do profile reviews, don't offer predictions on chances and am far to busy to review essays, so save the energy of writing me a PM seeking help for these. If I don't respond to a PM that is not one of the previously mentioned trash can destined messages, please don't take it personally I get so many messages I have a hard to responding to most. The more interesting, compelling, or humorous you message the more likely I am to respond.
