Did you also have to an unedited video statement? If so, what did you talk about?

So in my year, the video statement was optional. That being said, I did make a personal video (with editing) to share other aspects about my background that I thought was important (and not addressed by the cover letter). For me, it was about my childhood upbringing and how it led me to my values, as well as details about my best accomplishments professionally and academically.

Hi,

Thanks for starting this thread. Does the program prefer candidates with international experience? My profile includes a little over 5 years of experience in project management in one of the leading engineering enterprises (No international experience) and a 760 in GMAT. Do you think I would be a fit for the course? How are the fellowship and post-MBA employment opportunities like in the USA.

I do not think that the program has any preference between Domestic vs International experience, only the quality counts.

5 years as a project manager and a 760 GMAT certainly are great checkmarks to have but I cannot say whether it is sufficient for admission without a lot more detail about your WE, previous academic background, and motivation for entering into this specific program.

Feel free to compare yourself with the incoming class profile to get a better idea: https://lgo.mit.edu/student-life/class-profile/

Hello All,
I see the class profile on LGO website has only GRE Quant shown, what is the average GRE Verbal score LGO admits?

Did you receive your interview invite later than MBA only applicants?

I’m also a current LGO student; I received my acceptance call on March 2 around 10am. Not sure how this compares with the MBA only timeline...
