Any tips for getting off the waitlist? Were people able to join the webinar on 4/2? I wasn’t able to and haven’t seen any waitlist FAQs or communication on expectations

Often it is best communicated through an update letter if you have anything new to discuss that's going to point to impact leadership or contribution.

If your GMAT score is significantly below the class average (or higher, if orm) then the waitlist is a strong hint to retake.

I generally advise those on the waitlist to get a ding analysis so that they can get some candid and outside feedback on their application.

This way, they can understand how to approach the waitlist effort and also any further applications beyond for the next cycle.

Dawna Levenson, Assistant Dean, spoke last night with MBA Mission on a webinar. She mentioned that they would even consider looking at individuals rejected in R1 because of how competitive the pool was and the focus at that time on yield, in light of the current situation.

I was just waitlisted to Sloan today.. I accepted my spot on it. Do they have a waitlist manager like some schools? How do they operate their waitlist?

JL2020

In the first post, there are some previous waitlist threads. You can do some research in those threads and see what worked/not worked for the previous waitlisted applicants.

Has anyone heard anything about if the class is completely full yet? Or if they are still considering waitlisted candidates?
