Yey! Another conspiracy theory uncovered! Yes, it is the GMAT mafia. Do you always approach issue resolution via an offensive attack? Do you want to vent or resolve an issue? Right now it looks like you are pissed and you like it. I am sorry you had a bad experience. We did not tamper with your review.
Reviews submitted are subject to verification by partners (they have to verify you as a student; they only see your email address and nothing else). If they do not verify you as a student (which I see is the case in your situation), you should have received an email from us requesting additional verification that you indeed were a paying customer of GMAT Pill. If that has not happened, you can forward us your receipt to
support@gmatclub.com and we will investigate with GMAT pill as to why you were denied as a reviewer.
P.S. I looked up your review in the system.
Each provider has their own money back guarantee. They all have catches and they all have conditions. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS read them, and most of them do require you to do ALL work. If you have not attempted all of the questions, you most likely do not qualify for money back guarantee (though depends on the course; some actually require that you email them before you start the course; others require that you have taken the GMAT already to be eligible and diagnostic will not help). This is true not only about GMAT Courses but any product that has terms and conditions. Rebates, cell phones, computer warranties, airline tickets, hotel rooms - they all terms and conditions that have to be satisfied. Everything in this world has gotcha's - you ever tried not paying off your credit card at the end of month and see how they calculate interest?
About your review:
1. I think it would be helpful for you to point out or screenshot some spelling and other errors. For one, they could be illustrating SC concepts (?), or of course they could be grammatical errors and typos that should not be there and are devaluing the course experience. Is your point that you got a low score because of the grammatical mistakes?
2. You can find the terms of the guarantee in the Terms and Conditions. That page is linked from every page - the footer has links. I don't think anyone is hiding it. That is by the way where all the companies put their terms and conditions (I had to scout the web for the terms when I was putting this post:
best-gmat-course-how-to-choose-167728.html. I know it does not help your case, but you are complaining about something that is really a "standard" procedure... just giving you a point of reference.
3. Unfortunately, if you don't use/take all the questions then the guarantee does not apply. I would probably specify how many questions you have taken (i.e. 90% of the course questions as opposed to 25%).
4. I can hear that you are upset in your tone. That tone has a tendency to discredit the review.
