A is the concise option.
It has to be as instead of like.
The meaning is modern filmmakers are annoyed by the critic's labelling and not by the critics themselves, hence C, D and E are wrong.

IMO :

like is wrong --drop B and E ..
C changes the meaning
between A and D
A is correct ..
In non underline part we have : Modern filmmakers are often annoyed by..so they are annoyed by some thing (some action ) , So A is more apt here

Official Answer by PREP4GMAT
===================

A - Correct:

This option correctly uses the possessive case to imply the view of critics regarding Pernin’s Diaspora, and as is used to logically convey this view.

B - Incorrect:

This option incorrectly uses the preposition like, which illogically conveys that the critics thought the film was similar to an inaccurate documentary.

C - Incorrect:

This option lacks a connection between labeling and critics.

D - Incorrect:

The relative pronoun who changes the meaning of the sentence as it suggests a personal annoyance with critics, rather than their labeling of the movie.

E - Incorrect:

This option incorrectly uses the preposition like, which does not definitively convey that the critics thought the film was an inaccurate documentary.
