E)...maintains parallelsim. "and also" in A) is unnecessary.

is "and also" redundant ???

D is wrong because it lack conjunction and between require and carry, and between little experience and little hope

I picked C...
I dont understand how E maintains the parallelism....How can a position "carry little experience"....."the position requires, few skills, little experience and offer.." is more appropriate.....dont u think

CAn someone please explain?

"Most interns" is the subject of all the three verbs.
