I'd go with E. The as well seems redundant but I think A needs the "of". All of the other choices definitely don't work.

I will choose A although all choices seem weird.

B,C,D - both......also seems redundant
E - both .....aswell seems redundant

both is redundant given that 'also' is included in the other sentences as well.

OA is E.

the idiom is Both X and Y

E is the only choice that maintains parallelism.

A/E are both correct.

However, A is preferable as of is placed before both, being more concise.

What is the source for this SC? Kaplan/Barrons? OG/GMAT wouldn't give something as ambiguous as this.
