Now, let the total number of children be x
420/x = int
Let's start with option (1):
Each child will get 420/x = 35
Now, 5 is taken from every child except Daniel, so:
5(x - 1) + 35 = 90
5x - 5 + 35 = 90
x = 12
IMO, (A)!
