Hello
rakshitsharma1989First of all, Kudos to the detailed post and questions- makes it easier to give a detailed review.
Your academic background is decent (7.5/10 is good not stellar), but your GMAT can make up for it. So if I were in your place, I would focus my effort on building a strong application at this stage.
Work ex looks good because you have been directly involved in the business side of things (not just technical) and should have good stories to showcase your real business impact and achievements. More info on this front will help (most of what you have mentioned is your role & responsibility).
Have you been involved in any Extracurricular activities post graduation? These may be good but you need to show something that has had a long term and serious involvement with a positive impact on your personal/professional life or the life of others.
Moving into Marketing or Channel development in e-commerce looks realistic and organic, though Product Management may be a challenge. What transferable skills do you have that recruiters will trust you for such a role. The school may find this a bit unrealistic and that may lead them to think lack of research (which is always a red flag). General manager in retail also makes sense.
However that brings me to most glaring question. Just like you I worked in the retail/ecom space and can tell you that most of these roles/industries do not require an MBA and even if they do, you already have one. The value/demand of an MBA in these spaces is not as high as say Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking. The growth into these roles is more organic. With your existing career path reaching this goal is very much a possibility (with some effort of course). Why is a 2nd MBA that too from Johnson an absolute necessity to reach these positions? I feel you are targeting too may to too varied roles which makes your case a bit weaker. Like you said the answer is crude and you may need to do some soul searching here.
Pointers written here may help you find an answerTo conclude, acads and work ex loos good. But weakness on diversity and career goals. If you can tie these four cohesively in your written application, you stand a fighting chance.
Best

Working in the eCommerce role exposed me to the way digital is shaping businesses in every function. Met Indira Nooyi in India & her words of guidance to us was: Run eCommerce channel in PepsiCo like a Tech Company not like a CPG Org. Realized hands on that eComm is not just a platform for purchase but a medium now to transform GoToMarket channels (Online B2B, B2C, HoReCa) , Marketing strategies (Amazon Media Services), Communication modes (Amazon search competing with Google now) & a whole new experience to connect with consumers.
Post MBA Goals:

Queries:
I have following queries regarding the application:
1. Profile Evaluation for Johnson as a prospective applicant.
2. What are the possibilities one can explore in eCommerce space in terms of roles - Do people pursue Strategy/GoToMarket roles in tech ?
3. I wanted to write Product Manager roles in eComm but dont have a coding experience per se. How critical is that & would that impact the application ?
4. Is Indian GPA at IIT Roorkee 7.51/10 decent enough when converted to 4 scale GPA ?
5. To answer why another MBA, i really feel that my MBA 4 years back helped me gain experience in driving businesses traditionally. But in the span of 4 years, i saw quite massive drifts in the way digital is shaping businesses these days. And that's what i wish to seek ahead in my learning pursuit. (Crude form currently).
