OA: C

Given 5999 < N < 8001

case 1 : digit 6 is at thousands place
Number of possible value of N : 1*5*5*5 =125
case 2 : digit 8 is at thousands place
Number of possible value of N : 1 (Only 8000 is possible as per question stem)
Total : 125+1 =126
